Si tienes en mente iniciar tu negocio o darle un valor agregado al que ya tienes; te invitamos a que nos sigas leyendo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los Elotes Gourmet <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">son una nueva tendencia que en algunos estados de la rep\u00fablica ya los podemos encontrar. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Consiste en preparar los elotes que normalmente comemos con algunos productos adicionales. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aqu\u00ed te dejamos algunas recetas que se ser\u00e1n la <\/span><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><b>tentaci\u00f3n irresistible en tu colonia. <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><b>Necesitamos<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Elotes Cocidos (enteros o rebanados)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mantequilla derretida<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Crema<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Queso rallado<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Papas sabritas como doritos, cheetos, tostitos, rancheritos, etc. muy bien molidos. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aderezo (ranch, bufalo, jalape\u00f1o, chipotle)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mayonesa <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para darle m\u00e1s sabor, puedes preparar chile de aceite, taj\u00edn con lim\u00f3n, etc. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\"><b>Modo de Preparaci\u00f3n <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una vez que tengamos el elote ya sea entero o en vaso, colocamos un poco de mantequilla derretida, despu\u00e9s agregamos crema y mayonesa, revolvemos la mezcla para que todo el elote quede bien embarrado. Agrega el chile y fr\u00ede hasta que se haya dorado bien, pero no quemado. Retira de la cacerola y reserva.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sube el fuego del aceite y a\u00f1ade la tortilla, cacahuates, almendras y cebolla; fr\u00ede hasta que se hayan dorado. Retira del aceite y permite que \u00e9ste se enfr\u00ede.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coloca el aceite fr\u00edo en el vaso de la licuadora y agrega los ingredientes dorados. Licuar hasta que todo se haya molido perfectamente.
