para asar carne"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b><i>Asar carne<\/i><\/b> puede ser algo muy sencillo, pero siempre se esconden consejos para mejorar la preparaci\u00f3n y saz\u00f3n, teniendo como resultado una comida jugosa, suave y con un gran sabor, sin necesidad de abusar de los condimentos que existen para su preparaci\u00f3n.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><b>Tips antes de asar la carne<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>* Para evitar que el aceite salte durante la cocci\u00f3n, se puede rociar un poco de sal en la sart\u00e9n antes de aplicar el aceite<\/p>\n<p>* Calentar el sart\u00e9n a fuego alto con un poco de aceite, no fre\u00edr la carne hasta que el sart\u00e9n se encuentre caliente.<\/p>\n<p>* Procura que los cortes de las porciones de carne no sean muy delgadas para que la carne conserve sus jugos y nutrientes.<\/p>\n<p>* Cuando la carne contiene veteado y lleve sus bordes de grasa, ayudan a retener la jugosidad al momento de fre\u00edr la carne, asentando el sabor y conservando su textura.<\/p>\n<p>(El veteado consiste en peque\u00f1as vetas de grasa intramuscular visibles en el corte de carne, tiene un efecto positivo en la jugosidad y el sabor de la carne).<\/p>\n<p>* La sal se debe de proporcionar al momento de fre\u00edr, al hacerse con antelaci\u00f3n \u00a0la sal absorbe los jugos naturales, lo que provoca una carne seca y desabrida.<\/p>\n<p>* Antes de fre\u00edr agregar un poco de ajo molido y salsa de soya durante la cocci\u00f3n, es importante considerar si agregas salsa de soya no es necesario agregar sal, ya que la salsa de soya aporta sabor necesario.<\/p>\n<p>* No lavar la carne con agua antes de su cocci\u00f3n, ya que pierden gran parte de sus jugos naturales.<\/p>\n<p>* Antes de que prendas el asador retira la carne del congelador y deja que alcance una temperatura ambiente<\/p>\n<p>* Para que la carne no se pegue en la parrilla engrasa la carne con aceite de oliva, tambi\u00e9n puedes engrasar la parrilla con una toallita.<\/p>\n<p>* Si quieres que la carne quede m\u00e1s jugosa y suave, puedes ponerla en un asador por un momento por los dos lados antes de pasarla a la parrilla<\/p>\n<p>* Procura no pinchar la carne con pinzas o tenedor, ya que se puede perder el jugo<\/p>\n<p>* Deja reposar la carne \u00a03 &#8211; 5 minutos, una vez que terminaste de cocer para que el jugo se distribuya en al carne, si la cortas al momento el jugo se va a salir de la carne.<\/p>\n<p><strong><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-717\" el sabor, contribuye a la blandura de la carne haciendo que se m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil de masticar<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Ternura:<\/strong><\/em> est\u00e1 relacionado con diversos factores como la edad y
